Shipping & Returns
We currently ship within the USA only!
All orders ship within 3 business days by USPS Priority Mail (usually 2-4 days) unless otherwise stated on the item page. If you need a faster shipping method, please contact us before you place your order!
ALL SHIPPING IN THE US IS FREE ON ORDERS OVER $10!*
If you live nearby and would like to pickup your items in store, please leave a note at checkout, along with the time and date you will pickup, and we will subtract the shipping cost before your payment is authorized!
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.
NO REFUNDS. Online returns are eligible for store credit only. If you'd like to exchange, just use your store credit to buy the new item! Store credits are issued as a one time use coupon code.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Blind boxes are not eligible for return.
Please do not send your purchase back without emailing us for a return authorization.
Only regular priced items may be returned for exchange or store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to get a return authorization and (after you've got your authorization) send your item to: 704 Washington Avenue Brooklyn New York US 11238.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we'll email you a coupon code for the value.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach us, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Payments are securely processed through Shopify!
I Need to Cancel My Order!
You can still cancel your order after you've placed it, as long as you let us know ASAP. Orders can ship as soon as the next day sometimes. Orders that have already shipped can not be cancelled.
